3 Things You Need to be Doing for Your Skin In Your Twenties



If you're in your twenties, or about to be, congrats - welcome to the weirdest decade of your life! Your twenties are transition years. You might be finishing college, starting your first real job, getting married, buying a home, or having babies (or all of the above)! By now, you're old enough to know that you really need to be taking care of your skin. It's more important now that ever - you want your skin to look young now that you are starting to age, and you also want it to age gracefully. You might also be struggling with adult acne that failed to leave itself behind after high school, which is the worst. Fear not, I've partnered with HUM Nutrition today to tell you three super simple things you absolutely NEED to start doing for your skin in your twenties.


No, not those kind of pills...I'm talking about vitamins and supplements! That's right, they aren't just for balancing out the nutrients you eat on the inside. So far, I've had an awesome experience with HUM. I am actually excited to take my vitamins in the morning for the first time in my life. I often find myself sipping from my water bottle for no reason other than I'm bored. I use a Yeti water bottle and no joke, it keeps my water cold all day long! I try to drink three or four of these every day.
