This post is in collaboration with SECO sportswear. Thank you SECO sportswear for sending me product to feature in this post. All opinions are my own.

Developing a healthy lifestyle is a lot easier than you think! Taking small steps and making little changes will help make a big impact on your life. If you’re young like me, it’s especially important to start taking care of your body to help live a long, healthy life. Here are 20 quick tips that you can implement to have a healthier lifestyle.

1. Drink more water
2. Take the stairs
3. Buy new workout clothes to motivate yourself
4. Swap out white bread for wheat or whole grain
5. Write in a journal
6. Go to bed 30 minutes earlier
7. Take a workout class
8. Pack your lunch for work
9. Use smaller plates and bowls to work on portion control
10. Don’t skip breakfast
11. Take a multivitamin
12. Swap out one sugary Starbucks drink a week for black coffee
13. Stop eating out more than once a week
14. Use an app to track your food intake and exercise
15. Freeze grapes for an easy snack
16. Plan your weekly meals
17. Workout with a friend
18. Keep healthy snacks at your desk
19. Wear sunscreen every day
20. Read nutrition labels

Though they seem like small, insignificant changes, implementing a few of these tips into your life will have you feeling great. I can admit that I do not do all of these things, but I am looking forward to working towards a healthier lifestyle with some of these tips.
